So you can take credit for a menu? Learn to code one and then you can change all the things you want.

Well, to be honest I edited Outbreak 1.2 Just to say my Skype on the bottom, and iKonroi to say "B-2 Modding" on the side. I'm not taking credit, but I'm personalizing it so for recording and live streaming there is no doubt it is my menu.

you just basically said that you changed the credit and text so it is no doubt "YOUR MENU" so you are taking credit for something you didnt do

No he left all the credit for the creator. What he is saying is that he Edited it to his Skype so people add him instead of the menu creator. And then he changed one piece of text so that when uploading a video,people know it's him that recorded it and it's proof that he's hosting
