So I Want To Use My SSD As A Boot Drive But Dont Know How I Also Need To Put My OS Onto The SSD Please Help

Just install the OS to your SSD. Simple as that really.

If you have windows right now you have to reinstall it if your still have your CD or maybe a bootable usb drive you can make and use the product key thats on your case that would work.

Get a Harddrive Cloner, this will copy everything to the SSD Provided there is enough space for everything

its not always wise to clone it over I'd just back up everything you need and install a fresh copy of windows.

Nothing wrong with cloning whatsoever. Just install EaseUS TodoBackup and clone to the new ssd then boot.
