I'm relatively new to building gaming pc's. All i really want is to be able to play skyrim on high resolution and possible GTA when it is released
is this build possible or do i have to increase my budget?
Any help would be just great guys

It is possible, i'd only recommend increasing your budget if you really wanted a better graphics card or an SSD. All these parts are from Newegg USA.
