I keep getting a error with destiny on my rgh keeps saying you have to be signed into xbox live to play destiny is this a new thing they are doing with new games to keep you from playing it early if so what about non xbox live players they cant play the game at all ?

I don't believe they setup the servers to allow people on yet. IDK if thats your problem or not.

If your JTAG can go on Xbox live with out ban sure and I know that is possible, but I do not think xlink would work for this one

You need to be connected to Xbox Live with a Gold membership to even play the game, yes. It's like Titanfall.
