But there are hundreds of people playing it on Twitch right now.

Why cant we get a clear answer on what time this is being able to be played?

yes the game will be released 12 PST for people who live in the PST zone . Here in the uk it released 12 BST just like it stated on the dashboard. Its on twitch as people from europe and australia are playing it and people who have got a copy ealry

activision have stated that it will be avaliable 12 midnight IN YOUR SPECIFIC REGION

also most of the people who are already playing have the disk version of the game.

I believe Microsoft stated that preordered/predownloaded games will unlock to be playable at 12AM Pacific Standard Time. Which is about 2 hours from now.
