Yes it would, but why would you pay more for a worse computer?

It's also very unbalanced.

That I dont honestly know the question to. As you can see, I dont know much at all about computers and what they need. But what I need is a computer which can run sims 4 and mc on high without much lag and a wireless adapter & windows 7 for no more than 650. But all the builds people are giving me, I go ask someone else and again they say 'no its rubbish' about it, then I get even more confused.

thanks for the build so oyou think this would play on high with very little lag and ultra with some lag?

Nope, the stock one would be just fine since the CPU has a locked multiplier.

Does the motherboard that you listed have the correct firmware for the Haswell refresh processors?

Yes it'll work, you can just update the BIOS when its built for improved stability and performance.
