This will be my first build and does it sound good

any feedback would be helpful

intel pentium dual core 2.8GHz (5.6GHZ processing power)
4 GB DDR3 MEMORY
1TB HARD DRIVE
2GB ATI RADEON HD5450 GRAPHIC CARD WITH HDMI ,DVI & VGA PORTS DVDRW
6 X USB PORTS, 1 X SERIAL PORT, 1 X LAN PORT, HEADPHONE AND MIC PORT & 2 X PS2 PORTS
WINDOWS 7 PROFESSIONAL 64 BIT
