I think there is a limit to how many cards can be on accounts. Meaning there is a lot of people using the card.
Or you are just doing it wrong.

Yeah I'm thinking so, because I enter the code more than one time to double check the numbers. :/

For anyone having trouble with Bancore, follow these steps as they worked for me on several occasions (yes, even when I used them for xbox.com):
1) Click 'Sign Up'
2) Choose Canada for your country
3) Get the app 'Text Free' (for Apple & Android)
4) On Text Free, choose Canada as location & create a free account
(You can put all fake info including email, there's no verification)
5) DON'T use your real location, enter this as your postal code instead: K1A 0G9
6) Choose any number from the list
7) Use that number for Bancore.com and wait for the call. When you get the call, enter a pin code that you want.
8) When you get into Bancore and need to enter an address, use this info:
234 Laurier Avenue West
Ottawa, Ontario
K1A 0G9
9) You should be redirected to a page with your new free credit card!


I made a couple of accounts on Bancore a while ago, and I believe that they still work. Here's the info for one of them (all that I could find at the moment) for anyone who would like to try to use it:
Name: John Doe
Credit Card #: 4067422350622245
Security (CVC): 712
Expiration: 3/2016
