I'm a bit confused about that

You have to be level 5 then go to the tower then it should tell you what to do next

You must reach level 5. Once you do that go to the tower and reach the person highlighted by a green exclamation point.

After you do that go into Orbit and you should see a planet on the right said named "The Crucible" which is multiplayer.

i was wondering this also but which green ! Marker is it im not seeing it and im level 6
