Whats the highest level on Destiny?
My friends keeps saying it can't be 29 buts all I can seem to find people saying 29 so what is it?

The highest level is 20
but you can reach up to a 30 with light armor (something like that) so its possible to be a 30

The guy above me is correct, to go higher than level 20 you must get some notes of light from playing the game and take them to the guy in the north part of the tower and exchange them with him for armour

Also if you check out the different armors at the Vanguard armory and the Crucible quartermaster you'll see another addition on there, other than discipline and such, and it will be "Light". That increases your level past 20

Each piece of armor can have 30 'light levels' which when you get all 4 at 30, you will be lvl 30.
