So i have a jailbroken ipad, ive downloaded cydia and ifile, what do i do now?

From what I've seen you can't create one on the iPhone. I've tried but I may be wrong.

wrong. You can join a server by starting it on your computer and editing the host file on iFile.

go to etc on i file any then host, open through text viewer then get your computer ip adress and put it down then press space and write game.clashofclans.com
open the ultra powa server and then it should be connected
