How can FIFA not be modified?
Because Fifa online is all server based making it not possible to modify, I've never heard of someone modifying it online.

woah nice tool bro. Cant wait to try this out. This is every hosters dream. Im not sure if its possible for the arcade but maybe some minecraft will do. People are dying for something like that.

Thanks guys for the list of games you like to see, for the people who talking about the fifa tool it going to be a USB section and a Jtag section, the Jtag section will be mainly for off host use.
