You need 2 garages on top of each other
High end cars will not work either

1. Fill up one garage with non-high end cars or elegy RH8'S
2. Grab a car off the street that's not high end
3. Modify it at LSC (optional) if you do, don't add a tracker
4. Drive back to garage and store it in the garage without the non-high end ones
5. Drive outside and request a job from someone
6. Drive towards the garage door and accept the job and then select the garage with the non-high end cars (error message should appear)
7. Wait for the clicking noise or the radio to turn on then back out where you will appear in the job menu
8. Wait for the background to flash and than back out and you will spawn in the garage with the car replacement menu open
9. Select a car you don't care about and replace it with that and then walk outside
10. You're original car should be outside, drive it inside the duplicated garage and replace it with another car
11. Successfully duplicated a car, (sell the original at LSC first to avoid the glitch breaking)
12. Done
