Its its from the old one that u removed from the console when it was "working" use that one.

ok so it's the same as I said on the other topic you were asking for help on MAKE SURE the usb has nothing but the nand you are going to flash that's it nothing els but the nand you want to flash then boot into xell and wait a little bit

I did everything you said to do, and it's still giving me the error message

use a different memory stick... That is what i did and it worked. Make sure the usb is also empty. Apart from your back up.

Yeah, I just don't know how to reflash it if i can't get the Xbox to boot up. If i put it on a USB and start Xell, It just does the "Looking for files on local media and TFTP" thing.

Wanna know how fix it? Take your HDD out and make sure there is nothing on the USB only updflash.bin. I had this problem yesterday.
