I'm not sure what you are getting at here. Never did I claim that I created this theme. A quick look into my code:

Shows that I have left the credits in tact.
I didn't change anything about it. In his example the NetSeal name, is just a label. If you knew more about the theme then trying to make me look bad, You would know this.
