Alright, try this:
Note: You NEED the Tu18 folder or this tutorial wont work(PM Maya for it or add his skype xdev.soldier)
Note2: It will take a few try's! It took Maya 15 try's to get it to boot the first time after that it worked almost every time!
1- Move ALL the contents of the TU18 folder into your Bo2 directory(not the folder itself everything inside)
2- Then move the TU18 folder itself into your Bo2 directory
3- Put the Bo2.dll into your Bo2 directory
4- Launch the default_mp.xex via neighborhood
5- You have to launch it after you boot up console where it asks you to sign in. Do not sign in.
6- It will probably take a bit to get working the first time but it will work trust me, after a while it gets easier.
7-A pop up should come up asking you if you want to host the Host Menu or the Public Cheater part. If it doesn't come up wait at the main multiplayer menu(system link, split screen)
Not working? Try this.
1st: Make sure to have the correct files installed in the BO2 directory.
2nd: Launch either Default.xex or Default_mp.xex (Both work fine), Then as soon as screen goes black, Disconnect the Ethernet cable, Then wait for menu to load and reconnect Ethernet cable, Then press menu/Public cheater.
3rd: Repeat the steps each time you launch the game!
