My laptop Is retarded and has had a cooling fan out for months. Which is not the cause of this. But when I start my laptop I have to go through fan warning then it displays a black screen, and then eventually shows a cursor and I can move the mouse but that's all. It just sits there. Last night it was fine, but I woke up and it got turned off which usually means a window update, but now it does this. Help if possible. Computer responds only to mouse movement., and keyboard but the keyboard doesn't do anything.
