WELL... i just restored my computer and went to re install my x360 neighborhood and when it was done i went to open and never would open so how do i fix that or what not its annoying and tried multiple things so if you had this problem and fixed orr know how lmk THE REWARD IS 15$ AND GREAT AMOUNT OF REP AND IF U DONT WANT THE 15$ ILL ALSO GIVE A KV OF COURSE 100000% UNSHARED

NOTE I INSTALL IT BUT AFTER IT IS INSTALLED AND I GO TO OPEN THE NEIGHBORHOOD SHORTCUT IT WILL NOT OPEN

Is it an application? Sorry Im not good with this stuff. Try opening it as an administrator, thats all I could think of. Right click, then press "Run as Administrator."

use iobit uninstaller, and do a powerful scan with it.
And re-install

visual studio comes with a computer which when u reset it doesnt, it has to be visual studio 2010 and then install XDK after visual studio but when installing XDK do the full install instead of the small one
