If You cannot acces them You have either been Suspended or banned FROM THE FORUMS.
Strange as it may seem You can be permanently banned from Forzamotorsport.net/forums without affecting your game/online gameplay.
I was once suspended for 72 Hrs.They do send a message to the Forzamotorsport.net/messages/inbox as well as the Xbox GT linked email for bans and suspensions all though their reasons are generic. I also made it a point to tell the Forum Moderator who sent me the suspension notification message to Eat Sh!t and Fv<k off before it could actually take effect since dude couldnt take a joke...and well it was originally only going to be a 24 hr warning
