Yeah so ive recently picked up an injury causing me not to be able to work for some time so i wanted to get into youtube only problem is i dont have a pc all i want is a pc thats able to run and record minecraft with no problems the only problem i do have is i have 200GBP not sure if this is do able

200GBP is a really, really low budget. I wouldn't think you'd even be able to get a custom build PC with that budget.

If it makes it cheaper then i dont mind its only for a hobbie nd then when i return to work i can upgrade it

£300 is an extremely tight budget. If you can manage a little over, get this;

If you can't go over £300, check if you have any spare HDD's around your house, use one of them instead of buying the 1TB HDD, this would put the total cost below £300 andyou could upgrade to a larger HDD when you have a little more money.
