A *Good* one isnt able with 200 . *Medium* one should also be very difficult(even if the pc is used).
I Would recommend u to save more Money for a Really Good One . Trust me it ll be worth it . If the Pc is better it ll last longer for the New Games ;)

200 will not get you very far. Get some more money together first, and take it from there.

Save up atleast 500 then youll have the funds to build something good

Regardless of your currency, 200 is extremely tight. I suppose you could manage but you're not going to get a dedicated GPU within that budget.
