It's pretty obvious that most people quit Wal-Mart because they don't get paid for the work they do... and heres the point. Why is it that any given business should pay YOU large sums of money and hour just to stock a shelf or flip a burger if they cannot be sure you're going to do your job to your best of potential. Why? Because you have bills to pay? Understandable but thats not going to be the reason you deserve anywhere near $10+ an hour! You have got to show your supervisor, your supervisors boss (assistant manager) your assistant managers boss (co-manager) and your co-managers boss, (store manager) that you are there to work and not to play around!
Honest days pay for an honest days work, Honest yearly raise for honest yearly working potential. It is not their job to mommy you... when you have a job in retail it is your own duty to learn to work hard for crap pay.

I worked at Aldi it is the Irish Crappy version of Walmart.
I was a security guard that got paid like 9 euro an hour, it was piss easy but when summer came in the kids would just come in and steal shit, I was lucky I was like at least a foot above most of them damn 13 year olds.
