Done this for about 8 hours and get a quite a lot of uncommon an rares, I started at level 9 and I'm now rank 19. Going to carry on to see if I can get some legendarys.

Once you get to level 20 I believe is when you start to get a lot more legendarys.

I have farmed for over an hours on both moon and earth, and have yet to get any armor with enough light to rank up.. any tips ? im getting lots of uncommon and i have gotten like 5 rare..

Would you say this is better than the pike one if you don't have great luck? I know the pike method you made took a hour ish for the first one and quickly the second time. It seems like a dice roll or a flip of a coin for the pike one.

Both have good perks. This one you are 100% guaranteed fast drops where the method with the pike is more along the lines of using it with 2-3 people for a longer period of time and making sure to avoid random events that cause your pike to explode. I'd say this is the more guaranteed version but may not be exactly 100% the quickest.

I can't seem to find any pikes at all! Been in and out the locations several times sitting around for around 2 hours each.

i tried farming legendary's and exotic's by myself and i would barely get anything. i would get maybe only 1 legendary when all my ammo ran out. i did this for 2 hours and then i just gave up. is it maybe because you have to do this with a lot more people? to get a lot more stuff? please help
