Is it possible to get windows 7 home premium on your usb for free, so that i can reset my whole computer and have it like brand new again?

yes but these retail ISO files give 90 day trials for you to get a key. Or find 'another' way to activate it.
You will need to mount the ISO to the USB... AKA Extract it onto it.

Its easy enough to do yourself. If in doubt, Google is your best friend since they also own Youtube...

But it's so simple to do McKenzie... Open it in a RAR explorer and drop and drop the files inside to the USB... It's that easy.
