If I buy my vanguard cloak will I get more reputation for my class? Or what's a fast way to level up my vanguard other than strikes and crucible

Do all of the vangaurd bounties if you want easy rep. Missions you get while on patrols dont give you that much but they do add up and are fairly simple.

Does your vanguard mark disappear after the week is over? Since I'm almost level 1 for my vanguard and I have capped my vanguard to 100

No they don't. You can only earn 100 per week. Next week you will be able to earn 100 more and they will add on to your current vangaured marks.

which is stupid to cap that i get that in like 6 hours max
