does anyone have a recommendation of a tv that they use for a monitor that works very well and has no complaints thank you for everyone who responsible

Well they are two different things really. TVs are much larger and have a longer response time. You can still watch TV from monitors too. I would try to get a monitor.
But, if you still don't want one, get a TV with a low response time (like 2-5 ms) if possible.

I wouldn't suggest using a TV for a monitor.
How much are you wanting to spend? Also if you plan on using your monitor as a TV you will more than likely want to get some speakers too. Some monitors do have internal speakers though.

You want to buy a TV to use as a PC monitor? Don't do that. Just buy an actual monitor, they're cheaper and most of the time, better for games.

I'd just recommend buying a monitor. Also, monitors have a quicker response time depending on what monitor you buy.
