It says 'A system update is available from xbox live, if you decline you wont be able to connect... Do you want to apply the update now?'

What do i do?

Don't do it! You'll basically **** up your JTAG.

Just apply it with the 16767 files however.

If you are certainly on the 16767 dashboard, then this is just an avatar update which is safe to download

'Update Required' means avatar update, you're fine to go ahead and update it. 'System Update' means the system needs updating so you'll be on a new kernel. That's something you should not update via xbox live.

Download the 16767 avatar update from the xbox website, extract it and rename it to $$ystemUpdate , put it on a usb stick, plug it into your Jtag/RGH and update only if it says something along the lines of "security updates". Restart and you are done
