Whenever I give him my legendary engrams, about 1 out of 5 are actually legendary items.
But yes, the higher the rank the better the gear.

Have you tried getting your armor to match with your cloak? It's very stylish.

Man I have tried almost everything I have thought of.
Brought new amours, Waisted a lot of glimmer, Brought vanguard armour, crucible,
Even Xur agent of nine exotic armour. It just looks awful for me.
