Your Header doesnt look that professional, the first thing people see on your channel is the header, if its look professional the chance is higher that people will check out the rest of your channel, if its not good people could leave immediatly without even checking out your videos.

thumbnail: use some kind of thumbnail that fits on all videos, some kind of same "style", if you know what i mean, it will also look more professional.

i watched this video ( [ Register or Signin to view external links. ] , the quality is okay up to good, there a thngs like the mic quality (sounds muffle in my opinion) but for the start is totaly fine. when you talk try to bring more energy into your voice, a bit boring.

I would recommend sticking to one game, so you grow an audience for particular game and you'll get a solid viewership!

Focus on one, maybe two games. And if you do play more, make playlists, seperating the games.
Try uploading daily, if not once every 2 days.
I watched your destiny video, and what I noticed was that the game volume was too high (in my opinion), try lowering it, and boost your voice.
