I've researched into R-JTAGs and it seems that it is just like a JTAG, but you can use it to JTAG any phat console above a Xenon with any dashboard version, correct?

I want to JTAG/R-JTAG my own Xbox to learn. What do you guys recommend I do?

If your dashboard is newer than the old old old blades dash, the. you cannot JTAG which is most likely. Any dash can be RGH'ed.

R-JTAG is much more expensive and finding the parts is going to be very difficult. Just RGH it as you can do it on any dashboard

You need to first see what requirments "your console" meets.

Dashboard,and motherboard specs are the only thing you need to be concerned with forget what Type of RGH or Jtag method you want to use.. and find out what one works for your Xbox.

R-jtag only works for phats with hdmi dashboard 15574 and above.

R-Jtag has been discontinued there for your best bet would be to use my method with a Coolrunner rev c and blue slim wire and removing the c8 cap on the coolrunner boot times very due to rgh2 but alot better then doing the normal method as a rgh2 if you need help contact me

If you're phat 360 has anything new then the Dash version 1888 (blade dash) you can't Jtag it, But with a RGH you can do it on most consoles
