This isn't true. You are suggested to have one, but for doing 10th lobbies (personally) I did't have a credit card on my Paypal for over 2 months. Hope this helped. (BTW: You won't be able to add funds without one)

paypal has considered your account suspicious, A. u have bad ebay scoreB. uve had disputer. It doesnt matter if your linked witha bank account or not, i am, and im under suspicion, as sson as you get feedback everything went through, they release it, or after 21 days, i think its gay. I called them to confirm this
