First things first my laptop isnt in warranty and my lcd screen is damaged so i cant see the screen very well.
I usually use an external monitor to use my laptop but ive encountered a problem, i restarted my pc yesterday and when it booted back up it came up with the BSOD and as my lcd is damaged i couldnt actually see what it said. The next thing that happened was when it tried to boot it just stuck into a black screen, if i try to boot in safe mode again it still comes up with a black screen, ive tried going into advanced options on startup and clicked on Repair your computer but again it just comes up with a black screen.
The next bit is that its extremely difficult to see what's in the BIOS menu as the screen is damaged and the picture only shows on an external monitor when its an the Log-in/password screen.
Please help me someone, i use my laptop everyday and i dont want to pay out silly amounts of money for a new laptop or getting it repaired!

Well it's hard to diagnose as we cant see the error message on the BSOD. If there is nothing you really want to keep on the laptop then re-instal OS
