I am planning on playing with ~20 friends on a minecraft server! I was looking for a good seed! The only requirments are: 1) Its got to be an island, at most a small river can cross in the middle. 2) Its got to be in the middle of the ocean with land far away 3)You cant see land even if far render is on 4)It needs to be big enough for 20+ Houses plus castle and buildings!
Final thing! If there is another island near by, It doesnt matter as long as it is the same or less than the regular island! It also needs to be medium sized! No 5000 block islands! 500x500 maximum! Thanks a lot if you answer!

Your better off just spending some time with world edit to create one, There's no guarantee that a seed is going to pull this off with that many specifications
