I can't buy fifa points, is that because the full game isn't out in the uk, btw I'm from uk using usa version.

If your using paypal then its because you have a UK paypal account.

Had to create a new account and put usa instead of uk. And make the account primary so you can play on your uk account.

Micrososft did say people doing this will most likely have problems with there game or in worse cases may be banned.

This is PS4 though mate. So what microsoft says doesn't really play a big part
