I'd get this build, the GTX970 is a beast that will max anything you throw at it. Change the WD Green HDD for a cooler should you wish to overclock.

If you want to overclock straight away I can recommend one, otherwise you can use the Stock cooler in the meantime.

this is what I have at the moment, I just put the Corsair DDR3 Vengeance Pro Series Red in there and I just swapped to the MSI GTX 970. I noticed that you was using a lot lower watt power supply, wont I need a 650w?

You won't need 650w especially as GTX900 series is Maxwell which is optimised for power efficiency. You could get the Maximus VII Ranger which is cheaper and maintains the same features as the Hero is massive overkill.

if I change to the Maximus v11 ranger with this build what watt power supply should I get?

Get the one I suggested, motherboards don't change power requirements by any large amount.
