This might sound like a stupid question, but how do I get a Mod Menu/Tool for GTA Online on Xbox 360? Do I need some form of special Xbox 360? If so, how much do they cost? Also, if there are any websites where you can simply download one onto a memory stick? And if I do end up eventually modding my GTA, what are the chances of getting banned? Thanks in advance, and sorry if I sound stupid, I don't know anything about modding etc...

You can't. You need a JTAG /RGH with certain files installed. You can buy one off the Xbox 360 Marketplace under the Xbox 360 forums. Look at the stickies, they are the trusted sellers.
