I have been trying to sign onto ultimate team for about 30 minutes now, and I am having the same issue. When it asks to create a security question, I create it and it says "security question cannot be created." Then it boots me back to the main menu. I am on the web-app perfectly fine with no issues. It's only for the console version that I have problems.

Maybe you can reset your security question, I think you have this problem because your console/account is new?

Well, the account was made in July, so I don't think that's the issue. I've tried to reset the question, but it didn't make a difference.

Maybe after you download the FIFA app on your smartphone and log in there it will work for you

Still nothing, and I was able to sign in on the app.
