So i recently bought a Elgato off of ebay and i saw other peoples on youtube and mine didnt come with any manual and it was also in a different style elgato box.
Any help would be appreciated thanks!!!

Its probably older/newer doubt its a fake and how much did you pay and have you got the listing?

if it is fake report to ebay because you cannot sell fake things on ebay it is Illegal

Looks legit and didn't really know there was fake elgato's doubt it, ask for a refund.

Just message the dealer/seller saying i've got problems with my .......... every hour it turns off and i know i haven't caused it! it said in the details of your listing that it was good working order but it isn't can i get a refund or will we have to take this through ebay/paypal sorry for the inconvenience but its not a good working standard. something like that
