or is that even allowed?

yes you have to provide proof, but it doesn't have to be much. Just like a YouTube link and such.

Post a video from Youtube on here were somewhere in the video it shows your name, if you need proof find a recorded such as my self who records in HD with an elgato or HDPVR or something of that sort, then post your Gamertag and ect.

You are not allowed to charge for modded lobbies or ask for donations. (mentioning it is also not allowed) - So all modded lobbies must be free.

We do require you to have video proof even though you're hosting for free, if you do not have some type of recording device then go Here and fill out the small form or contact others who posted recently in that thread.
