Okay after a few changes ( ideas from other people ) I have now come to this build.

Already have an XFX Pro 550W 80+ Bronze PSU
Also the reason I kept that motherboard is due to the fact, I'm in need of a new mouse and it comes with one free from where I'm buying it from.

Why would you spend an extra $20 on RAM when it's not needed? Seems like a huge waste. Also, $150 for a mobo when you can spend half that and still get a decent board? hmm. I'd argue that the KC300 really isn't worth the extra $20 over the V300.
Small changes;

Use the extra money to get a Kraken X61 instead of the H100i if you like. The X61 keeps your CPU slightly cooler than the H100i, I personally think the X61 looks ncier to. Keep in mind, the X61 has a 280mm rad as opposed to the H100i's 240mm rad. Although, you'll have no trouble with an X61 in that case.

Is there anyway you can stick to the red and black colour scheme and make changes ?

Only difference is its a bit bigger and has an aftermarket cooler on it. Typically most different brands of GPUs only have different coolers, the MSI one has a better cooler.

Vat wroteIt's still the same GPU.The MSI one has better cooling. The EVGA one has a reference cooler. Basically, the MSI one matches your build and has a better cooler.Sanctorum wroteVat wroteChange the motherboard to this;Sanctorum wrote Why would you spend an extra $20 on RAM when it's not needed? I would highly avoid getting the V300.

The SSD I provided is on par with the the Hyper X. (The highest line model of Kingston.)
