It's pretty bad. I see you are experimenting with layer styles on the text. The effects you picked are all bad. Thick stroke on text and overlay effect don't look too good. Try leaving the layer effect on normal and lowering the stroke/outline to 1 or 2.

It kind of looks like you didn't know how to move layers and was just changing opacity. Keep that in mind and work on your flow

The colors don't really match Green + Pink = Na.
The stroke is choppy smooth-en it out a bit 4/10.

Definitely need to work on colors. I see you're going for a slight tumblr mood in this work, but you completely missed.

Make sure you use the color wheel when designing so that you do not pick colors that do not go well together.
