So the exotic guy xur should be here tonight around 12 since he is here Friday and Saturdays correct?

EST as far as I can tell. Last week I kept seeing this list referenced in different forums and usually when I'm at the tower before those times, he isn't anywhere to be found.

He has always showed up 3A.M. EST for me. I'm pretty sure he's in a different place every weekend though.
