It's not 10000 lol. Each kill counts as 25 points and warlock kills are 75 so it's roughly 400 kills :p

I'm pretty sure the bounty your going for is Bad Juju.
My friend did this bounty too, and told me the gun runs out of ammo way too fast.

Your basically at the last step once you get the 10k points you go back to gunsmith and you got it. I'm on the same bounty

Bad juju and the thorn are bad. Bungie even said how they're underpowered, but don't scrap them because their time will come.
