Does this have to be on Xbox One?
I have created an account on my Xbox 360 and I have it all sitting as Indian Currency etc so am I good to go and buy the points?

Well i bought it for 60 GBP.. I dont see the problem, if you really wanted the game, you would dig into your pockets and go out and buy the game. Your method has FRAUD written all over it.
