Its more than likely not got anything to do with the 'India' glitch, its most likely the servers playing up, if you wait then they will surely appear, you won't get band for the 'India' glitch well you shouldn't because people contacted Microsoft about it and asked them if they would be banned for it.. and they said no.. unless they find hundreds of pounds/dollars are being spent at an IP which isn't what there local is but they also said its unlikely for this to be noticed so you wont be banned, its just the servers are doggy ATM, if you wait you'll get them!

The fact that they over charge people in the uk the amount they do is wrong they deserve it.
