so im using a 24 inch tv to use my new pc it runs a r9 270x and the new i5 4690k but im woundering if anyone can tell me why the screen res is smaller and I cant turn it above 1920x1080 for some reason on my old pc I used a vga instead of hdmi and that worked! but I don't have a vga cable currently so can anyone help please thanks

also my backlit keyboard CM storm devastator is not lighting up do I need to install a driver?

I'm not sure as i've not had that keyboard myself, but if the lights aren't working i'd go to the store and buy it a new bulb for the backlight.

Im sure he would be able to find some Christmas lights that he can use for a cheaper option.

It will look as good as the new Corsair keyboard

Is your tv 21:9 or 16:9

21:9 would make some sense.

CCC, or Catalyst Control Center, will set your underscan/scaling to -10% by default if you use HDMI (which is a terrible design flaw IMO, I see this issue here all the time), so you just need to set it to zero with the driver.

I have the same keyboard and I didn't know how to turn on the backlight for a while lol, just press this button and it'll turn them on. (You have to press this button every time you turn on your computer)
