This is my pc specs

PC SPECS:
AMD A6-6400K APU 3.90 Ghz
GeForce GTX 650 Ti Boost 2GB
4GB Ram Cosair Vengance 1600 Mhz DDR3
Razor Mouse
Zalman gaming case
Windows 7 64 Bit Operating System
Moniter: HPw228h

What should i go for first the ram or the graphics card?

If you RAM is maxed out, adding more will help. The same is true for the graphics card and CPU. Which you want to upgrade is up to you.

I would probably upgrade the ram to 8gb but only if you really need to like if your ram is getting maxed out same with the gpu only upgrade if you really need more fps in the games you play.

Personally, I'd get a nice case with good cable management and add 4GB RAM first. Assuming, you have 1x4GB stick, add another 4GB stick and you're fine. Then, I'd probably upgrade GPU to a GTX 970. Lastly, upgrade motherboard and CPU when the new Intel stuff comes out, and then add an SSD whenever you can. That's just how I'd personally do it, but only you know what you need to upgrade first. What PSU do you have right now?

Not the wattage, the actual brand and model. To find out, take the side panel off of your PC and read the label, it should tell you the make and model of your PSU, which is more important than the wattage.
