1. You'll need XBLSE
2. A unbanned KV

Here's a simple breakdown;
1) Money to burn
2) Time to burn
3) The ability to not get angry if things don't work
Here's a little more detailed explination;
You'll need a JTAG/RGH which is a console that can run unsigned code. It's hardware modified to do this. You'll need an unbanned keyvault (Which is like an xbox ID) and online time on a server (Or another bypass method). You'll also need to either code your own modifications, or get a tool someone else has made (Most aren't free)
Just to let you know, if you want to host lobbies, expect to spend over $200 to get started. And don't expect to make it all back.
