Just wondering what the target temps should be. Mine are CPU - 47-50C, GPU - 41-42C, MEM - 40-41C, Chassis - 30-31C. If they need to be changed where/how do I change them. thanks

Those seem to be good target temps. Either way, they are cool temps.

those temps are more than file, I'd assume those are at idle. You'll probably see CPU/GPU temps get as high as 80-90C under a full load and that would still be in the range of acceptable.
If you really wanted to change them, using dashlaunch to edit the SMC settings is the best way to adjust them.
