Heyy guys,
So I've wanted a GoPro for a while, but didn't want to pay the money, so instead I found a different camera which is basically a GoPro, but a lot cheaper, and meant to be just as good.
So I found it on eBay for about 50% off, brand new from a business. So I bought it on September 8th and it was shipped on the 12th, but it was from Singapore, and was estimated between 24th-28th September. I still haven't got it yet, but yes I know it is only 1 day late than the last estimated day I know.
But the day after it was 'shipped' the item was removed from eBay, and then the day after, the business's eBay account was deleted from eBay.
So I thought this was a little weird, as it is.
I then go to complain to eBay today, to find out the item is not covered under eBay buyer protection money back guarantee, as it was listed under the Real Estate category. Weird again huh?
So do you think I've been scammed?
What do you think?
Thanks!

-Very cheap price compared to the rest.
-Item removed from eBay a few days later.
-Account taken down the day after.
-Listed under a category which doesn't cover money back guarantee.
What do you think?
Thanks!

Yeah there is something not right about all of that.
Complain to paypal, you might have better luck with them.

If you bought it via Paypal and not directly from a debit or credit card you can get your money back. Or you can contact your bank and tell them what has happened. Ebay should basically give you a refund as they know a Camera isn't meant to be in Real Estate.
